While A Sai Ta was still in school, he gained his experience working with Kanye West’s Yeezy, where he further developed his splattered tie-dye and fabric-shredding techniques.

ASAI’s latest collections are showcased with Fashion East, a London-based non-profit mentorship organization that helped launched the careers of young designers, one of which was Virgil Abloh.

The label ASAI is known for its immense multicultural content that combines extreme art with contemporary fashion.

A Sai Ta’s designs seek to expose Asian stereotypes. He packages his products in Chinese take-out boxes to comment on how the Chinese has catered to a Western audience.
