In the United States, Singapore, South Korea, China, and Poland art museums have allowed visitors to relax on hammocks and sip on home-grown Vietnamese coffee all while watching soft-core porn.

Saigon-based artist collective, Art Labor, created the long-term project Jarai Dew to present the effects of capitalism, modernization, and industrialism.

At the Jarai Dew Hammock Cafe hot or iced espresso is served by one of the artist’s Dad, who grows the coffee plants himself on their family farm in the Central Highlands of Vietnam.

Founded six years ago by the artists themselves, Art Labor has until this day consisted solely of the three original founders.
